Yesterday my lawyer filed 26 expensive pages of crap known as the “Trial Brief”. Expensive because I just got another invoice along with it bringing the total cost for this case to $30K. Yes, that’s thirty friggin’ thousands of dollars. BUT! this MAY just be the last thing we have to do for the opposition. *cautiously optimistic WOOHOO!*
Time to win. He probably thinks this will all go away once this is done. Then its time to sue him. Should be easy to win once you win this case. Who knows maybe you will end up owning his Powerhour company. That would be amazing.
Well, my lawyer says I can’t sue him for damages because technically I’m the one that’s bringing the suit right now! He was issued the trademark so I’m the one opposing. That means I can’t make him pay 🙁
